How It Works

Nominate Someone Who's in Need

At Rock Service Pros, we believe a safe, comfortable home isn’t a “nice-to-have” — it’s the baseline.

That’s why we created our Community Assistance Program: a nomination-based initiative where neighbors can raise a hand for someone who’s dealing with a real home issue and could use a little backup.

Each year, Rock Service Pros gives back 10% to the community — and this program is one of the ways we turn that commitment into real repairs, real relief, and real impact.

Nominate a person or family in need and our team will review submissions and award assistance for one qualifying home-service need.

Types of Assistance We May Award

Selected recipients may receive help with one home issue related to:

✅ HVAC (no heat / unsafe heat / failing furnace, AC issues, etc.)

✅ Plumbing (leaks, no hot water, backups, fixture failures, etc.)

✅ Electrical (safety concerns, outlets, panels, urgent failures, etc.)

✅ Appliance Repair (refrigerator, washer/dryer, oven, etc.)

Assistance may include diagnosis, repair, and/or replacement support depending on the situation and safety requirements.

How It Works

Step 1 — Nominate

Tell us who needs help, what’s going on, and why this matters.

Step 2 — Review

Our team reviews nominations with compassion and confidentiality. (No “gotcha” fine print. Just real-world screening.)

Step 3 — Give Back

If selected, we coordinate directly with the nominee (and/or nominator) and schedule service.

Straightforward. Respectful. Neighbor helping neighbor.
(And yes, we actually show up — we’re Rock Service Pros, not Rock “Maybe Next Tuesday.”) Simple. Honest. Neighbor helping neighbor.

Who Should Be Nominated?

We encourage you to nominate someone who may be:

  • Facing financial hardship

  • Elderly or on a fixed income

  • A single parent household

  • A veteran

  • Managing illness, loss, or an unexpected hardship

  • Dealing with a home issue that affects safety, heat, water, power, or basic living conditions

If it’s a situation where a repair would truly lift a burden — we want to hear about it.

A Few Important Notes

  • Nominations are confidential and reviewed with care.

  • Submitting a nomination does not guarantee selection.

  • We may need to verify details and confirm homeowner/tenant permission before scheduling.

  • Assistance is awarded based on need, safety, serviceability, and available program capacity.

We make our selection quarterly.
